What happens next

We confirm we received it within 10 business days.
We verify it is you, because we are not handing your information to someone else. We may ask you to confirm from your account email, or to answer a question only you would know.
We complete your request within 45 days. If we need longer we will tell you why and take one extension of up to 45 more days, where the law allows it.
If we cannot do what you asked, we will tell you why in writing.

If you disagree with our answer, reply to it or email support@jointhevitalityproject.com with "Appeal" in the subject, within 30 days. Someone who was not part of the first decision reviews it and responds in writing within 45 days.
